Michelle joined the team in March 2022 as a Recruitment Administrator for the Healthcare team. Michelle’s career has ranged from working in the motor industry for the past 5 years, previously working in the beauty industry for 25 years where she obtained a qualification in teaching in adult education.  Working with people in all walks of life, her customer facing experience has proved to be popular with our candidates, initially onboarding our healthcare assistants to now working closely with Sophie with the recruitment of our nursing team.
