As the Works Manager, a part of my role includes recruitment of both direct and indirect labour. Because there has and continues to be a little uncertainty as to what the future may bring, brought about by Covid, Brexit and the US election, it was decided that the most sensible option would be to recruit staff on a temp to perm basis. On calling Luke, I explained the urgent requirement for a lot of additional trainee operators for a new late shift and that the hours would be unsociable.  Luke was un-deterred and very quickly produced some excellent candidates immediately and who continue to work with us now.   I have worked with all of TAS in their days with GBN and have always found their methods, honesty and necessary sense of humour refreshing. Their quick action has saved a lot of headaches and meant we can continue to meet customer demand. TAS has been very easy to work with, charge a reasonable rate for their services and react to requirements quickly and therefore make an excellent professional company to work with.
